the 4th of my sonic myths drawings ^^

(I think I'm going to wright something about them, I think it would be great xD)

As you can see, I made him a little more furry and I gave him some white fluffy belly fur ^^.
The reason he's in that pose is because I think he'd be falling down every five steps because of the awkward legs xD that's also the reason he's not wearing his gloves, their size would be in the way too much. . . poor knuckles, he has the most unfortunate myth form xD

What type of Faun? Like the one's in Ancient Roman myths? Like the ones that are called "Satyrs" in the Greek myths?

You'll see that my finished drawings barely resemble the bases they're, well, based off of. It's much more fun to get creative with already existing lines, other than just playing dress up with ms paint =D

no, he's a faun... it's kinda in the title.

fauns are Italian mythical creatures who are either bringers of spring, virtue or plenty.

Pan is also a pagan god of fertility who's also a faun.

But on the other hand they are also sometimes portrayed as spawns of the devil by catholic believes because of their appearance. they normally have a pan-flute and horns, but that didn't work out too well so I didn't draw those.

the word you're looking for is satyr. and yes basically they're the same.
the only difference is that the satyr is from Greece and fauns from Italy.
